All three of her brothers took to the ice for the first time. Gideon loved it and was a real natural quickly picking up the skills necessary to glide across the ice almost as gracefully as his sister. Gavin was not impressed with the experience (he must take after his mom there. Some of us just aren't born for gliding about hard cold surfaces balanced on tiny blades of steel) but Jasper was thrilled with the opportunity to skate around holding his dad's hands.
Wishing a very Happy Birthday to our Sweet Serenity today. We are so glad that she is in our family to add a little of the feminine side to our parenting adventures.
